Clinics, practices and healthcare teams use CabsOn business accounts to book taxis for staff between sites and for patients who need a lift to an appointment. Please note what we are: a private hire taxi service. We are not a patient transport service — our drivers don't provide medical care, and we don't have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
If a patient needs clinical support during the journey, or must stay in their wheelchair, please use a patient transport service instead. Folding wheelchairs can travel in the boot.
Your team books in the business portal with the passenger's name and mobile number. The patient doesn't need an app and pays nothing. Journeys must be booked at least 3 hours ahead, so book appointment journeys when the appointment is made — including the return.
Child seats are available at £20 each.
Fixed fares before booking. Pay by card per booking or, on account billing, on one weekly or monthly invoice. CabsOn is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added. Put different services or sites in departments to see spend separately.

The airport drop-off fee is included in the quote, not added at the kerb. So is any congestion or road charge on your route.
Driver waits at the terminal arrivals exit with a name board. Add it when you book; the price is shown in your quote.
Pay securely by card when you book. Corporate accounts get monthly invoicing with PO numbers and itemised receipts.
