Manchester Airport operates from Terminals 2 and 3. Standard included waiting is 60 minutes from the time the flight lands. Meet-and-greet parking, the name board, and help with luggage are all part of the fare.

Luggage, Child Seats and Practical Details

The S-Class takes two large check-in cases plus two carry-ons in the boot. If the group is four passengers and everyone has hold luggage, the sensible booking is the V-Class rather than trying to make a saloon work.

Child seats are provided free on request — please flag age and weight at the time of booking so the correct seat is fitted before the car sets off.

Payment Methods

Cards accepted in the car, Apple Pay and Google Pay contactless, and monthly invoicing on corporate accounts. Fares are quoted inclusive of VAT and standard waiting; congestion or clean-air charges where applicable are itemised separately.

Wheelchair-Accessible Options

The Mercedes V-Class fleet includes wheelchair-accessible vehicles with rear-ramp access. Please request a WAV at the time of booking; not every V-Class is WAV-configured, so 24 hours' notice is preferred for airport and wedding WAV jobs. There is no surcharge for wheelchair-accessible bookings.

Waiting Time

Standard waiting is 15 minutes free on residential and hotel pickups, 60 minutes free at Manchester Airport (from touchdown), and 30 minutes free at Piccadilly and Manchester Oxford Road stations. Additional waiting is charged at the hourly rate.
