Only completed rides are invoiced; cancelled rides never appear, and no ride can be invoiced twice. Payment terms are 30 days unless agreed otherwise, and an optional credit limit can be set.
CabsOn is not VAT-registered. There is no VAT on our fares, so there is no VAT to reclaim and nothing to separate out — the total on the invoice is the cost.
