Department spending limits stop taxi spend drifting. In the CabsOn business portal you give each department a monthly budget; every new booking is checked against it, and what happens next depends on who is booking.
You can change a cap at any time; the new cap applies to bookings made from then on.
Each booking's fixed fare is added to the department's spend for the current calendar month and compared with the cap:
The check is made at the moment of booking, so two bookings made at the same time can't both slip under the cap.
The Budgets page shows each department's spend against its cap for the current month. The Reports page shows spend by department, traveller and month.
Bookers' journeys also wait for an admin or the owner to approve them, so even within budget nothing is confirmed without a manager seeing it.
There are no per-person caps, time-of-day rules or vehicle restrictions; the controls are department caps and booker approval.

The airport drop-off fee is included in the quote, not added at the kerb. So is any congestion or road charge on your route.
Driver waits at the terminal arrivals exit with a name board. Add it when you book; the price is shown in your quote.
Pay securely by card when you book. Corporate accounts get monthly invoicing with PO numbers and itemised receipts.
