CabsOn operates a pre-booked wheelchair accessible taxi London service using Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAV) with rear ramp access, four securement points, and drivers trained in safe wheelchair loading. Same fixed-fare pricing model as our standard fleet, same TfL PHV licensing, with a vehicle class that genuinely accommodates manual and powered wheelchairs.
WAV vehicles are a smaller fleet than standard saloons — we recommend pre-booking at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed availability. Same-day bookings are accepted subject to fleet availability; call dispatch for urgent journeys.
Accessible vehicle fixed fares are at parity with our standard saloon class. No accessibility surcharge — we believe accessible travel should not cost more.
